Hetalia- Belgium-chan!?!?XD

After I drew and outlined -chan, i had a very difficult time on what colors I should choose for her uniform, until I was like "heck with it DX I'll just use Black instead." and I know you'll say  those aren't the colors and I really don't give a bloody heck!?!?DX   So deal with it.Dx though I'm very happy I drew Belgium-chan agaiin.  I hope you like it and
